Is S2T PMS being discontinued?
No. USR INFOTECH builds, hosts and supports S2T PMS (Skills2Talent) and OKR Stars (GE), and USR has no end date for either. If you bought through a partner, you can continue by subscribing directly with USR, with the same goals, reviews and history.
Where is our PMS data kept?
Your PMS data is hosted and managed by USR INFOTECH, not inside your HRMS. Your HRMS only links to it through a quick link, single sign-on and employee sync. That is why your goals, reviews, scores and history continue whatever changes with your HRMS.
Will our goals and past data disappear?
No. Every goal, KPI, review, comment, check-in, rating and 360° response from every past cycle stays in your PMS, complete and not partial. Your registered HR contact can ask for a full export of any cycle at any time.
Will our PMS sign-in link change?
Yes, S2T PMS and OKR Stars are moving to a new sign-in link on a USR INFOTECH address. Our support team will share it with your HR team. Until then, keep using your current link. Your email, password, goals, reviews and history stay the same. The first time you open the new link, enter your usual email and password once and your browser will remember it. Google, Microsoft, Slack and USR SSO sign-in stay available. Step-by-step help is at usrinfo.tech/sign-in-help.
Will our price change if we subscribe directly?
No. If your company chooses to subscribe directly with USR INFOTECH, you pay exactly the same price you pay today. The decision and timing are yours, and any change follows the terms of your current agreements.
I received a message about my PMS that I am not sure about. What should I do?
Raise a support ticket and we confirm the status of your goals, data and workflows. In S2T PMS and OKR Stars, goal plans change only when your own HR admin changes them inside your PMS.
Who can see our PMS data and logins?
Your company's PMS data and employee logins are shared only with the people you authorise. Once you subscribe directly with USR INFOTECH, no HRMS or other software vendor gets access to your PMS data or admin logins, unless you ask us to connect one. We use only the hosting and support providers listed in our Trust centre, under contract. USR INFOTECH is ISO 27001 and ISO 42001 certified and DPDP Ready.
How do we get managers and employees to use it now?
For most teams nothing changes: the same screens, goals and workflows. Our team runs refresher training for new managers and HR members, answers their questions, and can run the whole cycle for you with Managed PMS if your HR team is small.
If we choose to work with USR INFOTECH directly, what are the steps?
When your company has decided, email support@usrinfo.tech or raise a support ticket. We send our vendor pack (company and tax details, certificates, Service Continuity Commitment and a short agreement). You confirm billing details and sign, and we start direct billing and support. Employees notice no change.
Can we get this in writing for our management?
Yes. Ask for our Service Continuity Commitment. It sets out in writing that your PMS, data and support continue, and how your data is protected.
Can we try the new apps before deciding?
Yes. Book a guided live demo of aim performance and USR Apps with our team. Your current PMS keeps running as usual.
We moved to another HR software. Can we come back?
Yes, you are always welcome back, to the same PMS or an upgraded one. Talk to us about a welcome-back offer and we help you set up again quickly.

Who makes S2T PMS?
S2T PMS (Skills2Talent) and OKR Stars (GE) are built, hosted and supported by USR INFOTECH Solutions Pvt Ltd, Bengaluru. Skills2Talent since 2013 and OKR Stars since 2021. Both are also offered through our HR software partners.
Is S2T PMS the same as Skills2Talent?
Yes. S2T is the short name of Skills2Talent, the performance management system from USR INFOTECH.
I bought S2T PMS through my HRMS provider. Is it the same product?
Yes. Whether your invoice says S2T PMS, Skills2Talent or OKR Stars, it is the same product, built and run by USR INFOTECH. Your goals, reviews and history stay as they are.
What if my HRMS sign-in link or employee sync stops?
Your PMS keeps working. Sign in with your own password, Google, Microsoft or USR SSO. For joiners and leavers, HR can send an Excel file or a support ticket and our team updates the PMS at no extra cost, or we integrate with your new HRMS.
Is there any extra cost for HRMS integration?
No. USR INFOTECH does not charge extra for connecting your PMS with your HRMS. While an HRMS link is available, it continues as it works today. If it is no longer available, your PMS keeps working on its own: your team signs in with email and password, Google or Microsoft, and our support team keeps employee records updated from a simple Excel sheet or support ticket at no extra cost. If you move to another HRMS, we can connect your PMS to it. Microsoft, Google and Slack sign-in, and PMS updates in Microsoft Teams or Slack channels, are also included at no extra charge. Any charges from your HRMS provider are set by that provider.
We are changing our HRMS. Can we keep our PMS?
Yes. S2T PMS and OKR Stars also work as a standalone PMS. Employees sign in on the USR login page instead of the HRMS quick link, and we connect your new HRMS or update employees for you. Your data and history stay the same.
Where do I raise a support ticket for S2T PMS?
Use Raise a support ticket on usrinfo.tech or on your PMS login page. You get a ticket number and email updates. You can also write to support@usrinfo.tech.
Can I subscribe to S2T PMS directly from USR INFOTECH?
Yes. Existing customers keep exactly the same price they pay today. New customers can start from ₹12 ($0.50) per employee a month, with prices in INR and USD.
How do I move up to OKR Stars or aim performance?
S2T PMS, OKR Stars and aim performance are one product family from USR INFOTECH. You can upgrade with the same login, people and history. Book a demo and we show the path for your company.
Is my performance data secure?
USR INFOTECH is certified to ISO/IEC 27001 for information security and ISO/IEC 42001 for AI management, and is DPDP Ready. Production runs on Amazon Web Services.

Once your company has decided, email support@usrinfo.tech with your company name and HR contact, or raise a support ticket. Your account manager replies to plan the next steps.
On your request, we send what your finance and procurement teams need: company and tax details, ISO 27001 and ISO 42001 certificates, DPDP Ready summary, Service Continuity Commitment and a short subscription agreement.
Check the agreement, share your billing details and sign. Your price stays exactly the same as today, in line with the terms of your current agreements.
We start direct billing and support. Your employees keep the same login, screens, goals and history, and we offer refresher training if you want it.
