Your certificates: one for your firm, one for each person
- USR Certified Partner (your firm): issued once you are appointed and have USR Academy certified people on your team. Shows your tier: Registered, Silver or Gold. Renewed every year.
- USR Academy certificate (each person): L1 Certified User, L2 Certified Administrator (Admin, Finance / CA or HR track), L3 Certified Implementation Expert. Free at every level, valid for two years.
- Anyone can check it: clients enter the ID at apps.usrinfo.tech/academy/verify.
- Use it to win clients: download it from your partner portal, add it to proposals, and share it on LinkedIn.
- Certification shows training completed. It is not a guarantee of a partner's work.
