Is USR Workforce free?
Yes. It is free for a contractor with up to 25 workers. Muster sheets from the free plan carry the Powered by USR Apps mark with the logo.
Who is it for?
Contractors and labour suppliers, companies and plants that use contractors, staffing firms, facility vendors, and CA firms that look after contractor clients.
Do you store Aadhaar numbers?
No. The free plan keeps only the worker details listed on this page. It does not store Aadhaar numbers and does not do face matching.
Where is the data kept?
On Amazon Web Services. Indian workers' data stays in India. The contractor controls its workers' data and can export everything as Excel or CSV at any time.
Can location be faked?
A phone browser cannot detect every fake-location app, so a flagged punch is an indicator for the contractor to check, not proof.
Does it calculate wages or statutory dues?
No. The free plan keeps records only. It does not calculate pay, PF, ESI or other statutory amounts.
