Yes, there is no limit on referrals. Each one moves you a step up the ladder, adds 3 more months at your current price, or adds to your aim performance renewal discount, up to 30%.
Yes. If the company you refer subscribes to a USR-built app, such as timesheets or exit management, they get the first month of that app free, and you get 3 months of any USR-built app free for your own organisation. If they subscribe to a partner app through USR, you get the same 3 months once the partner confirms the sale; the partner’s own pricing and offers apply to them. If they take a PMS plan as well, the PMS reward applies instead. Free app months add up to 12 months.
Referrals count only for companies that are new to us. If they are already a customer, a past customer or in discussion with our team, the referral does not qualify, but we will let you know.
Yes. Only the implementation fee is waived. They get the same setup, templates, integrations and support as every USR customer on their plan.
