Three steps to become a USR partner
- 1. Write to us. Send an email to apps@usrinfo.tech with the details below. We reply within two working days.
- 2. Sign the partner agreement. It covers your partner model, terms, data protection, brand use and who supports whom. Read it with your advisor before you sign.
- 3. Start L1 and your proof run. Take the free L1 course, set up the demo company, and begin with your first two clients over three months.
What to send in your email
- Company name, website and city
- Your business: CA firm, payroll or staffing bureau, consultant, software firm, or other
- Industries and company sizes you serve
- USR suites you want to offer: People, Finance, Compliance and Risk, Sales and Marketing, Operations
- Partner type you want: solutions and services, co-branded, white label, or integration
- Number of people in your team who will be trained
- Countries you sell in, if outside India

Who is a good fit
- You already advise or serve small and mid-size businesses
- You can give first-line help to your clients in their language
- You want recurring income from software your clients use every day
- You can train at least one person to L1 within the first month
The partner agreement in short

| Independence | You stay an independent business; you are not USR staff and do not speak for USR on matters outside the agreement. |
| Clients | No poaching of clients either way. No non-compete: keep your other products and services. |
| Money | Recurring income for every month a client stays, paid monthly after USR receives payment. Rates are in the agreement. |
| Support | You give first-line support to your clients; USR gives you expert help and runs the product, hosting and security. |
| Data | A data processing agreement covers client data under India's DPDP Act and, for EU clients, GDPR. |
| Brand | Use of the USR names, logos and the USR Certified mark follows the brand licence in the agreement. |
| Ending | Either side can end with notice; clients keep their data and service. |
