Who can become a USR partner?
CA firms, payroll and staffing bureaus, HR and business consultants, software firms and IT service providers who serve small and mid-size businesses, in India and abroad.
Does it cost anything to apply?
Applying costs nothing, and L1 certification is free (₹0, $0). The partner agreement sets out any terms for your partner model.
How do partners earn?
Partners earn recurring income for every month a client stays, paid monthly after USR receives payment. Rates depend on your partner model and tier and are in the partner agreement, not on public pages.
Do I have to stop selling other products?
No. There is no non-compete. Keep your other products and services.
Who owns the client relationship?
You look after the clients you bring. USR does not approach your clients to sell around you, and you do not take USR's direct clients.
Who supports the client?
You give first-line help in your clients' language. USR backs you with expert help and runs the product, hosting, security and upgrades.
What is the three-month proof run?
After L1, you serve your first two clients for three months with extra help from USR. It shows both sides the partnership works before you move up a tier.
What do I get to sell with?
A demo company, pitch deck, suite brochures, price list in INR and USD, the instant proposal tool, videos, guides and a co-brand kit. See the partner kit page.
How long does L1 take?
About a day of study and a 30-minute online test. Each certificate has a public link anyone can check.
Will USR send me leads?
Certified partners can be listed in Find a partner, with their consent, so businesses in their city and industry can reach them.
Can I sell under my own brand?
Yes, as a white-label partner once you have a large client base and a support team. Co-branding comes earlier. Both follow the brand licence in your agreement.
Can my product connect to USR apps?
Yes, as an integration partner, with single sign-on and data sync through the USR APIs. See Developers and API.
How is client data protected?
USR is ISO 27001 and ISO 42001 certified and DPDP Ready. A data processing agreement covers client data; Indian customers' data stays in India on AWS.
Can partners outside India join?
Yes. See the global reseller programme for selling in USD.
What does the client pay?
USR One starts from ₹39 ($1) per employee a month, with prices in INR and USD. Clients can start free.
Can I train my whole team?
Yes. Every team member can take L1 for free; L2 and L3 build deeper skills.
Do partners get USR One for their own firm?
Yes, appointed partners get USR One for their own team, so they sell what they use.
