  1. Everyone signs in once with Google, Microsoft, goBetter sign-in, S2T login or USR sign-in (single sign-on).
  2. goBetter keeps your workforce data: workers and joiners, verification status, sites, shifts and supervisors, attendance, payroll and exits.
  3. goBetter PMS, powered by USR, reads that data. Supervisors set KRAs, KPIs and targets, run check-ins and ratings. Optional add-ons: surveys and pulse, talent management, compensation management and learning (LMS).
  4. The four USR suites and USR PMS share data both ways. Suites feed KPIs: Sales and Marketing (sales output, deals won, leads), Finance (revenue, cost, collections), Operations (tickets closed, projects, tasks) and Compliance and Risk (policy sign-offs, trainings).
  5. Tools your teams use also feed in: Microsoft Teams, Slack and WhatsApp for nudges and approvals, UPI payments for collections in the Finance suite, and Jira for tasks done.
  6. Ratings and incentive inputs go back to goBetter for payroll.
  7. AI agents work inside USR PMS (drafting goals and review notes) and inside each suite. People approve every decision.
  8. With the same USR sign-in, every company also gets free apps: USR Assist, USR Ready, USR Status, POSH essentials, free business tools and the DPDP check. They also get the user adoption kit in every app (tour, videos, manuals, AI help), free learning in USR Academy and free L1 certification.
