Trademarks and Brand Use

1. Our trademarks

The following names and logos are trademarks of USR INFOTECH Solutions Private Limited (CIN U72200KA2013PTC072673) (“USR INFOTECH”), whether or not registered: USR INFOTECH™, USR Apps™, USR One™, Skills2Talent™, S2T PMS™, the USR INFOTECH logo and the USR Apps four-square logo, and the names of individual USR apps when used with “USR” (for example, USR PMS and USR CRM Lite).

Other product and company names on this website, such as integration partners, belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility.

2. Allowed use

• Customers may say they use USR products and link to usrinfo.tech.
• Partners and resellers may use our names and logos as set out in their partner agreement and the USR Brand Kit, without changing them.
• Press, analysts and educators may refer to our products by name in factual, accurate content.

3. Not allowed

• Changing, recolouring, stretching or combining our logos with other marks.
• Using our names in your company, product, domain or social media names.
• Suggesting USR INFOTECH endorses, sponsors or is affiliated with you, unless you are an approved partner.
• Using our marks in a way that is false, misleading or harmful to our reputation.

4. Copyright and other intellectual property

The software, website content, documentation, designs, videos and course material are owned by USR INFOTECH or its licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer or create derivative works except as allowed by your agreement with us or by law.

Customers keep ownership of the data they put into USR products, as set out in our Terms and Privacy Policy.

5. Report misuse or an infringement

If you believe someone is misusing our marks, or that content on our website or in a USR product infringes your rights, email apps@usrinfo.tech with the subject “Trademark or IP report”, including the content concerned, where it appears and your contact details. We review every report and respond within a reasonable time.

6. Governing law

This page is governed by the laws of India, without limiting any rights you have under the laws of your own country.
