Good to know
Why readiness matters
Most ERP problems are not software problems. Duplicate masters, unclear owners and teams that keep their own sheets cause most delays.
Fix data first
Clean item, customer and vendor masters before you move. Moving messy data makes a new system look broken.
Start small
Go live with sales, purchase, stock and books first. Add production, quality and service once the basics run.
Name an owner
One person must own the roll-out and have time for it. Without that, roll-outs drift.
Questions people ask
Is it free? Do I need to sign up?
Yes, it is free and you do not need to sign up. Open it and use it as often as you like.
Is my data safe?
The numbers are worked out in your browser. Nothing you type is sent to USR unless you choose to email yourself the result.
How accurate is the result?
It is an estimate based on the rules shown on this page as of November 2026, not legal or tax advice. Rules and rates change, so check with your CA before you act.
What score do I need?
75 or more means you can plan the roll-out. Below 50, fix data and ownership first.
Is this only for big companies?
No. Small companies move faster when data and owners are clear.
