Basic at 50%
Under the labour codes, wages (basic plus DA) should be at least half of pay. The annexure keeps basic at 50% of CTC.
What CTC includes
This break-up includes employer PF (12% of basic, capped at ₹1,800 a month) and gratuity (4.81% of basic). Take-home is lower than CTC / 12.
