Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Who this policy covers

This policy applies to subscriptions, add-ons and one-time services you buy directly from USR INFOTECH Solutions Private Limited (“USR INFOTECH”, “we”, “us”), including USR Apps and S2T PMS, whether you pay on usrinfo.tech, inside the apps, by payment link or by bank transfer. Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay; USR INFOTECH does not store your card or bank details. If you bought through a Reseller Partner, your partner’s terms apply and the partner handles refunds.

USR INFOTECH sells software as an online service. No physical goods are shipped. Access is provided online, usually within minutes of payment and in any case within 2 working days.

2. Free plan and free trials

The free plan and free trials need no card and have no charges. A trial ends on its own; you are never charged unless you choose a paid plan. Your data stays with you if you do not continue.

3. How to cancel

You can cancel a monthly or yearly subscription at any time:

• In the app: USR Console → Billing → Cancel subscription, or
• By email to support@usrinfo.tech from your account’s admin email, or by raising a support ticket.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep full access until then and are not charged again. You can export your data at any time before and for 30 days after the subscription ends.

4. Refunds

Subscription fees are paid in advance and are non-refundable for the period already started, unless your written agreement with us says otherwise. We do not give partial refunds for unused days, removed users or downgrades within a paid period; changes apply from the next billing period.

We will refund in full when:

• you were charged twice for the same invoice (duplicate payment);
• you were charged after a cancellation took effect;
• you were charged an amount different from the price you accepted; or
• we could not provide the service you paid for and could not fix it within a reasonable time.

For one-time services (for example implementation or data migration), you can cancel for a full refund before the work starts. Once work has started, we refund the part of the fee for work not yet done.

5. Failed or pending payments

If money leaves your account but the payment fails or is not confirmed, it is reversed automatically by the bank or payment gateway, usually within 5–7 working days. If it has not reached you after 7 working days, write to us with the payment reference and we will follow it up.

6. How to ask for a refund

Email support@usrinfo.tech within 30 days of the payment with your company name, invoice number, payment reference and the reason. We reply within 2 working days.

7. Refund timelines

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method (card, UPI, net banking or bank account) within 5–7 working days of approval. Your bank may take a few more days to show it. GST is refunded or adjusted through a credit note as the law requires.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version on this page, with its “last updated” date, applies to payments made after that date.
